This policy applies to personal data collected through mplan.media, the public website of Mplan Media. Brewing Beans Ad Network operates the website from #576, 30th Main Road, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore 560085, India.

It covers visitors who submit a strategy-call request, send an email, apply for a role or choose to allow optional analytics. A separate agreement may govern information shared during a client relationship.

The strategy-call form asks for your name, company, work email, the change you would like marketing to support and an optional note on how you heard about Mplan. The submission is stored so Mplan can review and respond to the inquiry.

If you email [email protected] or [email protected], Mplan receives the address, message and any attachment you choose to send. Please do not include confidential credentials or sensitive personal data that the inquiry does not require.

Hosting and security services may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website. The site also stores a first-party consent record named mplan-consent with the analytics choice and the time it was made.

Rejecting optional analytics does not remove public content or prevent the strategy-call form from working. Cookie preferences in the footer can be used to change the choice.

People at Mplan may access information when they need it to handle an inquiry, application, website operation or legal obligation. Hosting, database, email, form-delivery and security providers process information only to provide those services. Analytics providers receive data only after optional analytics is accepted.

Some service providers may process information outside India. Their contractual terms and applicable safeguards govern that processing. Information may also be disclosed when a lawful authority requires it.

Inquiry and application records are kept only while reasonably needed for the conversation, recruitment decision, record-keeping or a legal obligation. The mplan-consent cookie expires after 180 days unless it is removed earlier through the browser.
