mplan.media uses a first-party record named mplan-consent to remember whether optional analytics has been accepted or rejected. It stores the choice and the time it was made. The cookie expires after 180 days unless it is removed earlier through the browser.

The same preference may be stored in local browser storage so the consent panel behaves consistently on the device. A visual-theme preference may also be stored locally. These preferences are not used to follow activity across other websites.

The Google Tag Manager container is not loaded until optional analytics is accepted. If a measurement service is configured inside that container, it may set its own cookies and receive usage information after consent.

The live tag container determines which analytics services are active. This policy and the container must be reviewed together before launch and whenever a service is added or removed.

The consent panel offers controls to accept or reject optional analytics. Rejecting analytics does not remove public content or prevent use of the strategy-call form.

Cookie preferences in the footer reopens the control. Withdrawing consent prevents the analytics container from loading on subsequent page views. Browser settings can also remove the consent cookie and local preference.

Authorised editors may receive authentication and preview cookies when they sign in to the content system or view a draft. Public visitors do not receive those cookies through ordinary browsing.
